Ever Tools: Intercom Chat Shortcut Extension
Ever Tools is a Chrome extension designed to assist the Ever team. Currently, it only operates with Intercom IDs. This tool serves as a shortcut for locating customer interactions within the Intercom platform. Each conversation in Intercom is assigned an ID; by using this extension and inputting the ID, you are directed to the corresponding customer chat.
This extension simply opens an Intercom chat by entering the conversation ID in a new tab. Are you often asked to review an Intercom conversation? Are they sending you ticket numbers, expecting you to go through a search process? With this straightforward extension, you're always prepared to receive Intercom conversation IDs. Just click on it, enter the ID, hit enter, and you're redirected to the relevant chat.
